Lily & Sparrow Policies

It is a requirement for Lily & Sparrow Hair Studio that every client have a card on file in order to book an appointment.

Cancelations MUST be made 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours will results in a 50% fee of the scheduled service and must be paid prior to booking a follow-up appointment. While 24 hours is required, 48 hours is appreciated.

No Call/No Show, or missing an appointment without letting your stylist know, will result in a 100% fee of your schedule service and must be paid prior to booking a follow-up appointment. If 2 appointments are No Call/No Show, the client will no longer be able o be booked at Lily & Sparrow Hair Studio in general. Being more than 20 minutes late is considered a No Call/No Show.

There is a 15 minute grace period during a scheduled appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in being charged for the time you are late and your appointment. Due to time constraints, goals may be altered to fit into the scheduled time frame and appointments will not be extended to accommodate tardiness.

If you are unsatisfied with your service, you have 7 days to contact Grace for adjustments.
